Even if you are a long-time resident of the “Flower City,” join us for a guided tour of this interactive museum and welcome center where you’ll learn something new about local history.
Free to family and friends.
Join us for an afternoon outing around Rochester. Every second and fourth Tuesday of the month, Connections will bring people with dementia and their care partners together for mini excursions.
The group will travel to the day’s destination on a chartered bus from Monroe Community Hospital, 435 East Henrietta Road, Rochester, to the day’s destination. The bus leaves from the Faith Building main entrance.
All activities are free to people with dementia. Some activities have fees for family and friends. A family member or friend must accompany individuals with dementia for these activities.
