The ConnecT1D Family Camp is a "type one of a kind" weekend retreat for families with young children with Type 1 Diabetes. The weekend’s agenda for parents and other caregivers includes presenters and breakout sessions covering a variety of diabetes-related topics, and includes both formal presentations from renowned experts and small group discussion to facilitate community building.
The kids’ agenda is simple: have fun and make friends at a place where T1D is the rule, not the exception!
