This one-day convening will highlight the crossroads of education and technology, focusing on tech tools and careers!  Students will learn about and test various tech apps that can meet their academic needs and further their preparation for college.  Additionally, students will meet black tech industry professionals who have developed innovative apps and are creating pathways for future black entrepreneurs in technology.

College Bound Brotherhood

The College Bound Brotherhood is a multi-organizational collaboration focused on increasing the college readiness, access, persistence, and completion of African American young men from the San Francisco Bay Area. Over 50 agencies are involved in the growing network.

Founded in 2008, the Brotherhood is co-supported by the Kapor Center for Social Impact and the College Access Foundation of California and facilitated by the Marcus Foster Education Fund.
