Event Details

 Classic confections are becoming a lost art and in this class, they will be rediscovered.  We will teach you how to make some of the most popular confections which include the following:


Nougat Montelimar (similar to torrone)

Pate de Fruit (classic french fruit jellies)

Buttercrunch and Toffee

Rochers (Almonds and chocolate)

Grigotine (classic french white chocolate with pistachio, candied orange peel, almonds and caramelized rice



 You will learn all the essentials to make these confections for your friends and family.  This will include recipes, techniques and each person will take home a ballotin of confections from the class.

We will provide beverages and light finger foods for your enjoyment while in attendance.


·         Participants must make reservations in advance as space is limited and classes sell out quickly. Call us at 727-593-0656 to make a reservation or register at EventBrite. All reservations require payment. ($47.12per person)

·    We require participants wear minimal jewlery, closed-toed shoes and long pants as you will be working in our factory with food product. You must have closed-toed shoes to participate.  Aprons and hair nets will be provided.

     All tools, equipment and ingredients will be provided for each participant.

Participants must be at least 18 years of age (unless accompanied and supervised by parent or legal guardian)

Please provide at least 72 hours notice should you need to cancel your reservation.
