FAQs

What are my transport/parking options getting to the event?

There is parking at the facility that we use. The facility in Sunnyvale will be a local hotel or conference center and will be sent to each person who registers.

What can/can't I bring to the event?

You can't bring your wife and you have to have a sense of humor! An extra pen to take notes. Water and a snack. Clothing you can put on or take off as needed.

Is my registration/ticket transferrable?

Yes, if we are notified at least one day in advance

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

No, but you can.

What is the refund policy?

No refunds, but if a guest can't make an event it can be transferred to another seminar in the next 3 months.
