Steve Case - Vice President, Irvine Company Office Properties
Steve Case is Executive Vice President of Irvine Company Office Properties. Mr. Case is responsible for the leasing and marketing strategies and results for the Company’s 42 million square feet of office properties in Orange County, San Diego, Silicon Valley, West Los Angeles, and Chicago. During his tenure, Irvine Company Office Properties has leased over 50 million square feet to leading companies such as Apple, 20th Century Fox, PIMCO, Goldman Sachs and KPMG. Prior to joining Irvine Company, Steve Case was the Senior Managing Director of CBRE, responsible for the Orange County region. During his 21 years with CBRE, Steve was a top broker in Orange County and held various leadership positions with the company. As an active participant in the community, Mr. Case is on the Advisory Board of Kidworks, a founding board member of Building Block Foundation, on the Executive Council of the USC Lusk Center for Real Estate and is on the Advisory Committee for the Orange County United Way.
Jeff Manley - Principal, Cresa Orange County
Jeff Manley began his career in commercial real estate in 1993 with a diverse and successful management background in engineering and construction. Jeff’s clients benefit from his leadership and extraordinary service ethic. Jeff’s international experience includes managing and negotiating large office and industrial leases, building sales/purchases, build-to-suit projects, land sales/purchases, government negotiations and construction management. Jeff has been a team member on several corporate headquarters’ relocation projects - the principal on eleven of those projects.
Stephen Terni - Preconstruction Manager, DPR Construction
Terni has worked in the Life Sciences industry for more than 13 years on both the east and west coast for DPR Construction. He has been involved in construction of Life Sciences projects ranging from small lab retrofits to ground-up corporate research campuses. He has built lab spaces, office, specialty suites such as NMR rooms, ABSL suites, and cGMP Manufacturing Space. Stephen graduated from Brown University with majors in Mechanical Engineering and Business Economics and has recently transferred from DPR’s San Diego office to the LA office and is a part of their Preconstruction Group after spending much of his career in Operations. Life Science client’s include; Novartis, Biogen IDEC, The Scripps Research Institute, Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Genentech and City of Hope.
