At this session, we will provide you an overview of the project, a review of our timeline, and information concerning the readiness program. This session will also be an opportunity for you to ask any questions or share any concerns you may have about COMMBUYS.
When & Where
The Operational Services Division (OSD) for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts administers the procurement process by establishing Statewide Contracts for goods and services that ensure best value, provide customer satisfaction and support the socioeconomic and environmental goals of the Commonwealth, and by providing specific operational services. OSD has implemented COMMBUYS, a modern, web-based Electronic Procurement and Purchasing System that replaces Commonwealth Procurement Access & Solicitation System (Comm-PASS) as of March 2014.
