Criolla is a fusion of various European and African dishes, techniques and products, all of which fill the kitchen with the aromas of exotic spices, flavors and exciting, new possibilities. Chef Javier will demonstrate how to make favorites, including Rice and Beans, Tostones, and more. $45

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers.
