Six of the city's top bartenders will be tasked with making terrior-inspired cocktails, bringing out the complex flavors of Colorado wine and mixing it with the bitters, spirits and other drink ingredients. Joe Hines, a former Green Russell bartender, won top honors last year with his Smoke, Vine and Seed cocktail featuring Graystone Vineyards lipizzan port. Admission to the event at Green Russell includes one complimentary Colorado wine cocktail. Attendees can taste several other offerings and snacks from the bar.
