Marcia McGilley – Executive Director South Metro Denver Small Business Development Center (SBDC).
Marcia McGilley serves as the Executive Director of the South Metro Denver Small Business Development Center (SBDC) and the satellite office, the Aurora SBDC. She has jump started over 1000 companies and she reads approximately 100 business plans per year. She has owned 6 companies of her own as diverse as a marketing consulting firm, a training and development firm and a murder mystery theatre troupe.
She is a Founding Member of the Rocky Mountain Region of the Cleantech Open (CTO) business competition. Her expertise lies in business launching, strategic planning, marketing and Cleantech. For two years, she served as Regional and National Workshop Chair for CTO.
Marcia joined the SBDC in 2008, leading her team of ten consultants to be named the 2011 U.S. Small Business Administration – Region VIII – “SBDC Center of the Year for Excellence and Innovation.” Marcia was named the 2012 State Star Award winner (the SBDC employee of the year for Colorado)

Dr. Bejarano is a senior financial analyst and former accounting manager at the National Renewable Energy Laboratory in Golden, Colorado. NREL is the nation’s primary research and development laboratory for renewable energy and energy efficiency. NREL promotes entrepreneurial innovation. Dr. Bejarano teaches accounting, ethics, financial management, and finance courses at the University of Phoenix.
Dr. Bejarano was elected Chairman to the Board of Regents with the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), which is the largest anti-fraud fighting organization in the world. He also serves as the executive board secretary for the ACFE’s Colorado Chapter, is a member of the American Institute of CPAs, Association of Military Comptrollers, and the U.S. Golf Association.

Bob Hadfield earned his Master’s Degree in Business Administration, served as Company Commander in the U.S. Army, owned and operated a multimillion dollar petroleum distributorship, trained thousands of managers and supervisors to be more effective leaders, and teaches thousands of students at a major university as they pursue their undergraduate and graduate business degrees.
In 1988, he joined forces with two former associates to design a management development program for TCI, the cable TV giant. TCI's executive committee liked the program and commissioned Bob and his partners to take it to the field. For the next 5 years, they traveled from coast to coast presenting their workshop to TCI's 5,000 managers and supervisors. He believes in the 80/20 Principle and builds his classes around the material that provides the most enlightening and motivational experience.
