Introducing the NEW Colorado Bridge Program!
Kaiser Permanente Colorado is proud to announce its NEW Charitable Health Coverage option - the Colorado Bridge Program. This program is designed for low income individuals who lack health care coverage options in the Exchange or Medicaid. Those who are determined eligible will receive subsidies to help pay for a standard Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families (KPIF) off exchange plan (KP CO Gold 0/20).
Join us on Monday, January 27th to learn more about how this new program can help those you serve. This session will be valuable to any individuals or organizations who assist low income populations with health care needs.
