College Search Seminar for Penn Faculty and Staff Families 

 

Penn Admissions will host a seminar for families of Penn faculty and staff with children attending high school to answer questions about the college search process.

 

College-bound students and their parents can be overwhelmed by the choices and requirements of college admission.

 

  • What courses are important to take in high school?
  • How significant are good grades, extracurricular activities, essays, high test scores, and interviews? 
  • What should a prospective student look for in a college?

 

The answers to these questions and more will be discussed whether a student plans to apply to the University of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.

 

DATE: Monday, June 17

TIME: 5:15PM to 6:30PM

LOCATION: Room G-17, Claudia Cohen Hall, 249 S. 36th Street. 

 

If you cannot make this seminar, Penn Admissions will offer a supplemental program in August 2013.
