St. Charles, IL
San Francisco, California
London, United Kingdom
A new way to resolve the issues inherent in divorce and other legal matters has emerged: It's called Collaborative Practice.
- Lawyers focus on out of court settlement.
- Clients make their own decisions rather than look to a judge.
- Mental health professionals provide emotional support and teach communication skills.
- Financial professionals assist by gathering and analyzing financial information and by working with clients to develop sustainable solutions.
Interdisciplinary Collaborative Practice incorporates all of these professionals.
TACP's Basic training consists of two days of lecture and experiential learning. It will provide you with the foundation necessary to develop a practice that includes helping people resolve their disputes using this dynamic model.
Price includes reception Friday evening with featured speaker, Judge Michele Lowrance (Ret.), author of The Good Karma Divorce.
Space is limited; please register early.
For accommodations, contact Pheasant Run directly by calling 630-584-6300 or 800-474-3272 by 4/2/2014.
