Naked Kitchen SF presents our first collaboration dinner with owners of Devil's Gulch Ranch and social activists, Mark Pasternak and Myriam Kaplan-Pasternak.
This will will be an engaging and interactive dinner event to learn more from Mark about sustainable and humane farming practices and what makes his products, from rabbits to premium wine grapes, the unparalleled choice of top restaurants in the city.
Naked Kitchen SF veterans, Chefs Ian Mullen (Per Se, Fifth Floor) and Ryan Baker (Coi, Quince, Delfina) will once again present you with a creative multi-course tasting menu showcasing the legendary Devil’s Gulch Ranch! Each are experienced and gifted chefs in their own right, but paired, they create an experience that is greater than the sum of each’s talents.

Devil's Gulch Ranch is a diversified family farm in Nicasio, Marin County owned and managed by Mark Pasternak and Myriam Kaplan-Pasternak, DVM for over 40 years. They raise and sell rabbits, pigs, sheep, asparagus and winegrapes both retail and to many well known restaurants throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and California. Sustainable, humane agricultural practices are utilized, organic whenever possible.
DG Educational Services (DGES, a 501c3 non-profit), was founded in 2008 to provide agricultural and nature educational programs for diverse communities, both locally and globally.
They have been working in Haiti since 2007 providing agricultural education, mostly for rabbit production, but have recently also become involved with coffee producers and now offer locally roasted, 100% Haitian unblended, single origin coffee direct from the mountain forests of Haiti.
