CodeWorks is coming to Austin!
CodeWorks is a one day conference where PHP developers gather to learn new techniques for getting their job done. This year's theme is "Roadies, not Rockstars". It reflects the fact that most PHP developers are heads-down coders, the unsung heros that make the web work. Come spend the day with us, and other roadies, talking shop and learning.
This year we have 4 respected speakers teaching a total of 6 sessions. This year's sessions are:
|8:50||9:00||Welcome Marco Tabini|
|9:00||9:50||Unit testing strategies Keith Casey|
|10:00||10:50||TBA Ryan Stewart|
|11:00||11:50||APIs from the ground up Cal Evans|
|13:30||14:20||A hundred thousand users.. now what? Keith Casey|
|14:30||15:20||Object orientation the PHP 5.3 way Marco Tabini|
|15:30||16:20||Five tools you should know & love Cal Evans|
|16:20||16:30||Final comments Marco Tabini|
You get all of this for $100. No traveling to the coast, no bad hotel food, just a day of learning and then home to sleep in your own bed.
CodeWorks is a great opportunity for you to learn, laugh and network with your fellow PHP developers. Come join us as we spend a day talking shop, your career will thank you.
