We are proud to announce that with the help of Heroku we’ll be organizing the second CocoaPods WWDC meetup. The meetup will be hosted at the offices of Heavybit, a community for developer-focused entrepreneurs.
This time around we’re not only going to do a state of the union talk, but we’ll also have 2 hours of ‘office hours’, starting at 5:00 PM. This means you can come in and work on setting up CocoaPods on your machine for the first time, integrate CocoaPods into your project, and create podspecs for your libraries, while core members of the CocoaPods team will be available for assistance. Or, if you’re already using CocoaPods without any issues, you’re very welcome to assist others, making this a true community effort.
At 7:00 PM Eloy Durán will give a state of the union presentation, in which the past, present, and future will be addressed. Afterwards there will be short talks by other key community members:
* Orta Therox: CocoaDocs.org & Keeping Peace in the Specs Repo.
* Michele Titolo: Contributing Documentation.
* Mattt Thompson: Third Wave Objective-C
When & Where
Heroku (pronounced her-OH-koo) is a cloud application platform – a new way of building and deploying web apps.
Our service lets app developers spend 100% of their time on their application code, not managing servers, deployment, ongoing operations, or scaling.
