We think it’s perfect to launch our cooking program with a cocktail party!

Join Chef Pamela Keith of CuisineStyle in this inaugural cooking class, and learn how to make a selection of perfect party foods from the CuisineStyle collection. You’ll learn the tricks for advance preparation, and receive professional advice on ways to create beautiful presentation. After this class, next time you entertain, you’ll be a guest at your own party!

 

Mixology Session

As an added bonus, this class includes a cocktail session in the Sub-Zero | Wolf Culinary Event Center’s Churchill Pub. As part of the class, we’ll shake, stir and taste our way through the hottest cocktails of the year!

• Lobster Sushi Bar with Vanilla Jam and Chili Aioli

• Wasabi Chicken Salad-Filled Cucumber Jewel Box

• Little Potato Latkes with Fuji Apple and Crème Fraiche

• Ancho Chili and Rosemary Jam-Glazed Beef Satay

• Tomato and Goat Cheese Puff Pastry “Spoons”

• Lamb Sausage Hand Pie with Green Olive Tapenade

• Lemon-Herb Arancini with Green Goddess Aioli

• Chinese Five Spice Duck Sliders

• Boozy Root Beer Float Shots


 

Class & Events Policies

  • Plan to arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of the class or event
  • CuisineStyle instructors reserve the right to alter menus due to seasonal availability of ingredients.
  • For hands-on cooking classes, we encourage closed-toe, non-skid shoes, long pants and comfortable clothing suitable for cooking in the kitchen.
  • Aprons, knives, and utensils are provided for in-class use.
  • Our classes and workshops are reserved for guests sixteen-years of age or older. Exceptions to this policy will be noted on dedicated class listing at time of registration.
  • For social events that incorporate alcoholic beverages, guests are required to be twenty-one-years of age or older to participate.

 

Cancellations & Refunds

  • CuisineStyle reserves the right to cancel any class due to insufficient enrollment. If a class is canceled, you will be refunded through Eventbrite.
  • A reservation canceled two weeks prior to the class date will receive a full refund.
  • A reservation canceled seven days prior to the class date will receive a 50% refund.
  • A reservation canceled 7 days or less prior to the reserved class date is non-refundable.
