Community Resource Exchange and Coaches Training Institute are proud to offer an intensive, three-day training course for Executive Directors, Board members, and Senior Managers, designed to strengthen the critical skill of coaching. The workshop will be conducted by CTI’s coaching experts with nonprofit context provided by CRE.
This training is highly experiential and focuses on participation and practice rather than lecture. Participants provide real-life examples of management challenges they face that facilitators incorporate into exercises. Learners receive ample opportunities to coach and receive feedback on their newly-acquired coaching skills.
This three-day training will take place from February 11, 2013-February 13, 2013 at CRE. The training sessions will take place from 9am-5pm each day. The participation fee is $950 per individual.
Refunds will only be issued within 48 hours of registration. A $20 processing fee will be charged for each registration that is cancelled.
