Join us for our Annual Meeting!

When: Saturday, August 24th   9:30 AM -12:00 PM

Where: At Club 21 (Parking code 5876)

Who can come: Anyone!!!  Whether you are a member or not! If you have a child or loved one with Down syndrome, we want you to come. We have activities for all, siblings included!

What will we do: We will review the past 12 months at Club 21 and preview our plans for 2013-2014 year, introduce new Board of Directors and get input from you!

Why should I come?:  Two of our core values are: together is better and you are not alone, this meeting is about coming together and helping families get the support they need. We hope you’ll use your voice to help us make Club 21 stronger in the coming year and make a difference in the lives of individuals with Down syndrome.

Will there be food or prizes?:  We always have food at Club 21 and this year there will be a raffle for an ipad mini!   

PLEASE NOTE: When RSVPing for this event, please include the total number of people in your family who will be attending. There will be NO physical tickets for this event, this is simply an RSVP tool. Thanks!
