If this is your first Quarter Auction, here's how it works:
Participants will receive one numbered paddle with purchased entry. Additional paddles will be for sale at the event. Each item up for bid will be displayed for all guests to see. Guests bid with quarters to be included in the drawing. To bid with more than one numbered paddle, you must place a bid for each one. After all the quarters are collected, the auctioneer will draw a number. If the number drawn matches your number, you win the item. If the number drawn has not placed a bid, the auctioneer will draw again until there is a winner. Bidding is based on the item's retail value: 1 quarter bid=$1-$25; 2 quarter bid = $26-$50; 3 quarter bid = $51-$75; 4 quarter bid = $76+
Still confused? No worries! Come on out and see for yourself how it works. It's a fun-filled evening for all!
