Ever wanted to learn to program? Ever wanted to learn to make cool things in your spare time? Ever wondered what your developers are talking about?

What we will be covering is basic prototyping web applications.

All are welcome, although space is limited, so please sign up now!

Yeah, that’s a lot. What does it get you, the student?

  • A hour-and-a-half install/setup session on April 26th. Starting at 3PM, ending at 4:30PM. We will also cover basic ruby, and show you some of the tools and why we'll be using them.

  • All day instruction on April 27th. Starting at 9:30AM, ending at 4PM.

  • Lunch, Snacks and Coffee are all provided.

  • An opportunity to learn!

  • Learn about the lifetime of a project, from idea, to testing, to the final, finished product.

  • You get to be part of a small class (no larger than 15), so we have plenty of time to answer questions.
  • Basic HTML and CSS.
  • The fundamentals of the Ruby programming language.
  • Test Driven Development - a methodology of producing well written, easy-to-maintain code.
