Module 1 - Introduction and Ygrene Software:
Module 1 includes a history of Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE), Clean Energy program, funding model, qualifications and underwriting for projects, first mortgage holder, implementation measures and what qualifies, program fees, permitting and resources available for contractors at the local Energy Center.
After a brief program introduction and Q&A, participants will review the Ygrene Funding Management Software System. Users will receive an overview of how a project moves through the system from project creation to project completion. Software training includes: introduction, logging in, users, property search, creating a new project, projects, submitting a bid, submitting for project approval, construction and funding. A LAPTOP IS REQUIRED FOR THIS TRAINING.
Module 2 - Energy Efficiency Sales Success:
In Module 2, you will learn how to sell energy efficiency to your commercial and/or residential customers. We will cover the following topics: market segmentation, triggers/actions, messaging, marketing campaigns, Ygrene Channel Partnership Program, the role of the Energy Center, sales steps and lead generation.
