New England Clam Chower - Cup, bowl or sourdough? Who cares....its clam chowder and universally loved.
Split Pea Soup - Comfort food at its finest. We'll take advantage of local smoked turkey to make ours outrageously tasty with much less of the fat.
Matzo Ball Soup - You just get happy when you see a giant matzo ball in a bowl of broth.
Chili - The great debate on the best chili will never be decided which is great for chili lovers since they can keep on trying new styles.
Minestrone - There is one secret ingredient that makes this soup so unique which we'll share with the class. The rest of the ingredients are up to you, but this mostly vegetable soup is quite healthy for you.
Class begins at 6:30pm and last 3 hours. Cost is $90.
