Certification Appointment/ For people WITH a purchase agreement & valid pre-approval
Log onto our updated website to complete the "Eligibility Quiz" and request a "Certification Appointment". In order to request a Certification Appointment, your buyer must have:
(1) a fully ratified purchase agreement including, where applicable, the lender(s)' final short sale approval, and
(2) a current pre-approval by a CityLIFT Approved Lender.
These two documents must be received by email at email@example.com or by fax at 510.532.5983 within 24 hours after booking a Certification Appointment. If these two documents are not received within 24 hours of booking the Certification Appointment, the Appointment will be cancelled and the allocation of funds will be released and made available to the next person on a first come first served basis.
PLEASE NOTE: Certification Appointment can NOT be made by phone. The applicant will receive a confirmation email once the Certification Appointment has been confirmed by our staff.
