The main objective of this training is to ensure that EOC responders understand not only their specific role and responsibilities within the EOC process but also what other positions do and who they must coordinate effectively with in the EOC to be successful.
Training is focused on defining LA City's EOC activation procedures & tasks, organization & roles, the EOC responders role in the EOC planning and resource ordering processes and how information is gathered, analyzed, prioritized and disseminated, both within the EOC and to external partners.
