Here in Michigan, we have a lot to be proud of.

Committed citizens like you have worked tirelessly and what do we have to show for? We’ve changed the narrative on Unions, expanded Education Choice, reformed many budget issues and yet, our work as government watchdogs is not yet done.

All eyes were on Michigan during this recent Union Reform, and there were many stories that came from citizens, like yourself. My own videos were featured on Michelle Malkin and The Blaze. Unfortunately, much of the legacy media has still ignored the violent and absurd behavior of union thugs.

That’s why the Franklin Center for Government and Public Integrity has joined forces with Americans for Prosperity-Michigan to bring you a day filled with information and training to become your own Citizen Watchdog!

Please join us on Saturday, Jan 19th, from 9am to 5pm at the St. Sharbel Banquet Center in Warren, to learn how you can change the media narrative and set this country on a better path for future generations.

You will learn the best tools and techniques in investigative journalism, social media, and opposition research. And we’ll discuss some of the changes to Right to Work, Education Reform, and Legislative issues.

For only $10 per person (includes the cost of lunch and materials), you will hear from Invited Speakers such as:

·         Scott Hagerstrom: AFP-Mi State Director

·         Vinne Vernuccio, Manny Lopez, Lindsey Dodge: Mackinac Center

·         Sen Phil Pavlov, Sen. Pat Colbeck, Rep Tom McMillin, Rep. Mike Shirkey

·         Chris McCoy, Mary Ellen Beatty, Kristen Hawley, Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity’s Citizen Watchdog Team

·         Terry Bowman: President , Union Conservatives

·         Diana Bates: Research Director, Michigan Republican Party

Alicia Urbain,Vice President of Government and Legal Affairs, Michigan Association of Public School Academies

·         John Cruz, Tina Dupont,  Melanie Hall, Thomas LaDuke, Deb O'Hagan and other Citizen Activist Leaders More!
