Event Details

DENVER, CO

You’ve heard the egregious examples of waste, fraud, and abuse at all levels of government. As citizens we can no longer afford to sit by and wait for the government or mainstream media to fully inform the public about what’s really going on behind closed doors. We have to do it for ourselves!

The time has come for citizen watchdogs to stand up and take action. Are you willing to do what it takes to keep the citizens informed and the government accountable?

Please join us on Saturday, August 11, from 9am to 5pm, at the Crown Plaza downtown Denver, CO to learn how you can get involved and hold our elected officials accountable.

Lunch and parking is included in ticket price.

Parking fees at the Crown Plaza are included in your ticket price!

Make sure you let us know us upon signing in at the training so we give you the ticket for free parking.

The Franklin Center for Government & Public Integrity and Americans for Prosperity-Colorado will provide a full day of in-depth training to equip you with the tools and skills to become a more effective activist and citizen watchdog. You will learn how to use investigative reporting skills, how to impact the state and local government budgeting process, and how to advance your message through social media.
