AGENDA

Part 1: Strategic business imperatives in higher education
Part 2: Business demands on IT and the reality of chronic conflict
Part 3: Transform the IT organization
Part 4: Transform the institution
Part 5: Social influence and the modern CIO

The workshop will be highly interactive and focused on the specific environment of higher education. It is appropriate for both the CIO and direct reports. Non-technical leaders are also welcome.

The primary focus is to use the interactive format to explore value drivers in higher education and the role of IT in supporting these key business goals. This is the best way for IT to create value for the institution and drive increasing relevance for the CIO.
