Joel Tejeda, Event Producer and Artistic Director
Elvia Wallace-Martinez - Logistics, Marketing and Leadership Facilitator
Ms. Wallace-Martinez, CFRE is currently the Corporate Development Director and Founder of DCET, a non profit corporation with community learning centers assisting the needs of the immigrant community with literacy and community programs since 1998. She is a 2005-2006 graduate of City of Irving Leadership class. In 2007 she attended The Nonprofit Management program, a seven-part series on nonprofit best practices designed to provide a well-rounded education in the day-to-day management of a successful nonprofit organization. She obtained a certification for Nonprofit Management in 2006 and is well experienced in the Nonprofit sector.
Liz Gallego - Leadership/Mentoring Facilitator
Ms. Gallego created amd designed FLY in 2010 - Currently serves as the Coordinator of Theatre and Dance programs for the Dallas Independent School District. She also serves as the Cultural/Mentoring Director to DCET. Ms. Gallego holds a Master of Arts degree in dance from Texas Woman's University and she has done post graduate studies in Educational Leadership. She has served on many state and national committes including the Revision of the National Dance Standards and the first Teacher's Cadre for the Center for Educator Development in the Fine Arts.
