Announcing the first US "Chveneburebi" Festival of Georgian Culture

Situated on the Black Sea, the tiny nation of Georgia has a remarkably rich heritage of arts dating back thousands of years. Georgian polyphonic folk singing has counted Igor Stravinsky, Alan Lomax, and Kate Bush among its admirers, while Georgian traditional dance continues to leave audiences breathless worldwide. Come celebrate Georgia's inspiring culture as visiting Georgian performers are joined by others from the Northeast to produce a spectacular banquet for the eyes and ears. Hosted by the Georgian Ministry for the Diaspora, the Chveneburebi Festival has held concerts in France, England, Spain, Switzerland, Turkey, Israel, and elsewhere, uniting Georgians from the homeland with others in the diaspora, and with other supporters of Georgian arts. We proudly announce the first Chveneburebi Festival in the United States, and we hope you will join us! We guarantee a super-charged show.
