This FREE Progressive Weekend Event is focused on our Veterans, their families, their friends and VA Staff. We (Dr. Chow and her Level 1 Graduate Students) encourage your participation in the entire weekend, but welcome your attendance on any of the days that fit your schedule.


Although this is a FREE event, registration is required as space is limited.

FOR ATTENDEES:

  • As part of "Blue Friday" we invite you to wear BLUE in honor of veterans when the program launches on Fri, Jan 18
  • It's recommended to bring a small cushion, pillow or blanket to sit on the floor for meditation. 
  • Parking at the VA is on the east side of the hospital. 
  • The auditorium is on the second floor, follow signs to elevator and come on up. 
  • Please bring a water bottle and lunch for Saturday and Sunday. Or there is a cafeteria and bar n grill within walking distance of the event. 
  • Make sure to wear comfortable clothes and shoes!
  • Bring an open heart and mind - there is so much to be learned and gained!
