The Engine 2 program is a way for you to challenge yourself to a healthier, nutrient dense, plant-strong lifestyle with vegan guidelines. The 28-Day challenge is similar to the Engine 2 with the focus more on cutting back on animal-based protein and not eliminating it completely. Whether it is the 28-Day or the Engine 2 challenge, you get to pick which program suits you the best. In this four-week (5 classes) course, you’ll learn how to cook and prepare a variety of the most colorful, nutrient-packed foods: fruits, vegetables, whole grains, legumes, nuts, seeds and of course those dark leafy greens. Space is limited, advanced registration is recommended and provided for you online.
