Have you ever wanted to learn how to make chocolate truffles? Join local master chocolate maker, Craig Boreth for a beginner class on truffles.
Craig is the founder of the Santa Monica Chocolate Company and creator of Twice the Vice Spirited Chocolates. Formerly a writer -- author of The Hemingway Cookbook, How to Feel Manly in a Minivan and other books -- Craig now focuses his creative energies on creating the world's finest liquor infused chocolates.
We will host his chocolate workshop at Caffe Luxxe, 925 Montana Ave., Santa Monica, CA 90403.
Chef Craig will also pair chocolates with spirits and coffee, and you will go home with a sampling of spirited chocolates and a bag of Caffe Luxxe's award winning locally roasted coffee, worth $22.50. What a great deal!
