Have you ever gone into the Asian Market and marveled at the variety of vegetables, but dont know what to do with them?  We'll make a few stunning dishes you'll be proud to serve at your house.

Wintermelon and Cilantro Soup - These giant gourds are sold in small pieces and create a very homey soup when diced and combined with a roasted vegetable broth.

Stir Fried Tofu with Lotus Roots - Maximizing its visual impact and flavor, we'll deep fry thin slices of lotus roots until crisp then combine it with a delicious stir fry for a contrast in texture.

Pickled Snow Cabbage and Mushroom Noodle Soup - One of the great comfort food dishes.

Braised Oyster Mushrooms in Spicy Chili Sauce - Get ready for a flavor explosion and a fantastic meat like texture of the mushrooms.

Garlic Eggplant Stir Fry with Black Bean Sauce - Once the eggplant releases a bit of liquid, it marries with the garlic to create a deep, richly flavored sauce.

Cost is $90.  Class begins at 10am.
