!~Celebrate the Year of the Dragon with a festival hosted by the Tzu Chi Foundation USA, New York Chapter~!
A special & delicious Chinese New Year's dinner will be served, blessings written in Chinese calligraphy will be given out, and paper lanterns will be made! Come have a good time w/ food, arts & crafts & games!!!
