We will be covering the following aspects of Taichi Martial Arts in this workshop.
* Eight Strands of the Brocade Qigong
* Whirling Hands
* T'ai Chi Silk
We will also be touching the topics from the previous workshops:
*Chen style Taiji
*Qigong breathing exercises
We will be illustrating on the aspects of the Chinese Health philosophy, especially on the mindset and practices that you can adopt regularly to keep a healthy body and mind
This workshop is being organized by the Hunyuan Taiji association. Mentioned below is a short bio of the instructor:
Graham Varley has been practicing and and studying Chinese Internal Arts for nearly thirty years and teaching for over two decades He was a founder member of the Taoist Arts Organisation in the UK in August 1994. As a practitioner, within the TAO, Graham achieved, the level of Third Tengi, Regional Instructor, in both T'ai Ch'i Chuan, the Li family health system and Feng Shou, Li family Kung Fu. Graham has furthermore supplemented his learning of T'ai Ch'i with intensive periods of study with senior authorities of the the other 'sister' Chinese Internal Arts. He has strong ancillary foundations, specifically in Xingyiquan and also Baguazhang.
