Chinese Cooking Class

Whole Foods Market South Loop is partnering with Chicago Chinese Cultural Institute, Inc. to offer Chinese cooking workshop on Feb. 6, 2013. The authentic cooking demonstration will help break the myths of Chinese cooking and bring in the Chinese New Year which falls on Feb. 10 with style and a happy stomach. Participants will also receive recipes of the dishes they learned. This is the cook off event of a series of Chinese cooking workshops that will be offered throughout the year at the Whole Foods Markets South Loop.
Join us at 6p.m. on Feb. 6 at 1101 South Canal Street Chicago, IL 60607. The workshop will take place at the Lifestyle Center near the check out counters.

The Instructor: Vincent Lee
The workshop will be taught by Vincent Lee who has a Bachelor's Degree on Food Science from Fu-Jen Catholic University in Taipei, Taiwan and a Master's Degree on Nutrition and Food Service Management from University of North Carolina at Greensboro. He has 20 years of experience in food industry and 10 years of experience in Chinese restaurant menu/recipe development and kitchen management.
