Join us as Sommelier Christopher Birnie-Visscher highlights the vibrant wines of Chile’s Viña Tabalí. Situated in the Limarí Valley, Viña Tabalí harnesses the region’s moderate climate, chalky clay soil, and Camanchaca fog, which descends onto the vineyards each morning from the Pacific Ocean, to produce consistently impressive wines boasting expressive character and beautiful minerality.
This special evening features an array of Viña Tabalí wines including 2011 Tabalí Viognier Reserva, 2010 Chardonnay 'Talinay Vineyard', 2009 Tabalí Pinot Noir Reserva, 2007 Tabalí ’Payen’, and 2011 Tabalí Late Harvest Muscat. These selections are elegantly paired with Chef Matthieu Godard’s four course menu, appropriately featuring Roasted Chilean Sea Bass. We will also welcome Michael Whitehead from Vinecraft, who will be in attendance to discuss these dynamic wines with guests.
