An etiquette and social skills building program for your boy or girl in grades 2 - 5
Children between the grades of 2 and 5 are beginning to feel the social pressures imposed upon them by peers. Endow them with the skills to handle challenging situations and feel confident in their decisions with lessons learned in The Etiquette Seed's Children's Etiquette Class.
Etiquette is all about building good relationships. Children need to learn how to act in ways that are respectful, considerate, and honest - the fundamental principles of etiquette and building strong relationships with family and friends.
THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES:

· Table manners
· Telephone etiquette
· Thank you’s and being appreciative
· Handshakes and proper introductions
Each participant will also receive a graduation certificate and related materials.

What time does check-in begin?
Check-in begins 30 minutes prior to the program time. Upon arrival, you will need to go to the registration table located just outside the meeting room to sign in and gather materials.
Please be sure to arrive a few minutes early, to find a seat and get settled in. The program will be begin promptly on time. There is a lot of information to cover and it is not fair to the other participants to have to wait.
Do I need to bring anything with me?
Please do not bring anything with you. All materials needed for the program will be provided.
If you must bring a cell phone, it will be placed in a basket upon arrival and returned once the program is over. The contact information of the instructor will be given to all parents beforehand in case of emergency.
What do I wear?
Dress casual wear is preferred (what you would normally wear to church or to a nice dinner).
No flip-flops, jeans, shirts with sayings on them, or hats please.
Can my parent stay?
Parents are not allowed to remain in the classroom during the program. We want our participants to get the most out of our programs and we all know that children focus and listen much differently when their parents are not present.
Parents are welcome to remain on the hotel grounds during the program, enjoying the large, bustling lobby area with shops, restaurants, and outside recreation areas at their leisure.
Drop off/pick up
We ask that parents do NOT drop off/pick up their children at the main door to the hotel. Parents will need to sign their child in at the registration table outside of the meeting room off of the lobby. At the end of the program, children will not be allowed to leave the meeting room unless a parent/guardian is there to pick them up.
Is there a cost for parking?
There is no cost for parking for class participants. Your parking stubs will be validated at the front desk.
Where do I park?
Park anywhere in the main hotel parking lot and enter through the main lobby doors.
Will drinks/food be provided?
Water will be available throughout the program. Please do not bring any food or drink with you.
Please ensure that you have eaten a good breakfast.
If you wish to have breakfast in the Renaissance Hotel at SeaWorld restaurant beforehand, a Shamu character is routinely scheduled to visit with restaurant guests there in the morning. You may contact the hotel directly for more specific information.
What is the refund policy?
Cancellation requests must be made in writing (email is acceptable).
50% of the program fee is refundable up to 21 days prior to the program date. The remaining 50% may be applied toward attendance of a future program within the following six months.
After the 21 day cut-off period, 100% of the fee will be retained.
