The Chief Question Officer® (CQO) Foundations
October 14 & 15 (public workshop- pre-requisite) and Oct. 16 & 17 (CQO)
A unique 4-month program that begins with the two day public workshop – The Learner Mindset Foundation Course which is a pre-requisite to the Chief Question Officer Program. Then the two-day in-person Chief Question Officer Foundation Certificate training (CQO) begins. CQO is designed to empower masterful, innovative and practical applications of QUESTION THINKING™ tools and strategies in the workplace. These tools and strategies are supportive of the goals, practices, and on-going engagement in learning organizations – creating Inquiring Leaders and Culture throughout your organization. The program enables CQO practitioners to become “subject matter experts” and consultants for training professionals and businesses in the QUESTION THINKING™ System of Tools and Practices. Telelabs follow two day training along with a supervised application learning project.
