As you walk into the class, you’ll be greeted with some hot chai.
We’ll begin this class by making some savory mixed vegetables pakoras. We'll dip these delicious tiny pieces into a spicy mint chutney. For our main course, we’ll be cooking Chicken Tikka Masala – spiced grilled chicken is cooked in a rich creamy sauce. We’ll eat this favorite dish with Polao – a fancy rice dish that tastes very intricate and sophisticated.
Address to the class will be provided after registration.
Menu subject to ingredient availability in the market. In the rare occasion that something isn’t available, it’ll be replaced with something very similar. You’ll be notified of any change.
