Chicago FORCE West Suburban Wellness House Support Meeting

Do you have a family history of breast and/or ovarian cancer?

Have you tested positive for BRCA?

Are you considering genetic testing?

You are not alone.

FORCE exists to improve the lives of individuals and

families facing hereditary breast and ovarian cancer.

Chicago area FORCE is holding our quarterly

get-together and we hope you can join us!

When:  Saturday, January 26th, 2012 @ 9:30am-12:15pm

Where:  Wellness House

131 N. County Line Rd, Hinsdale, IL

What:  Learn from other people who are navigating the BRCA path.  Help someone else by sharing your story.  This is a great chance to meet some Chicago area FORCE members and/or catch up with those you’ve met at previous get-togethers.

What Else: Licensed Genetic Counselor Kristen Barker of Loyola University Medical Center will be available to also answer questions.

Bring your Husband or male partner:  We encourage you to bring your husband/male partner to this meeting for a support group for men facilitated by FORCE Coordinator, Paul Kredow, a clinical psychologist and spouse and father of BRCA+ women
