Co-ed Circuit-Style Fitness Challenge happening every Sat until end of Sept.
High-Intensity body conditioning and resistance training aimed to:
-Increase muscle endurance
-Target strength building
- Burn tons of calories
This circuit challenege is composed of various functional movements (some with resistance), performed back to back, with limited time of rest in between exercises.
This is NOT an Army style boot camp, where trainers yell at you. Come workout in a high-energy, ton of fun, music blasting type of environment where work is put in and results are the outcome.
Over the course of the month,
-Body will start to feel tighter
-Clothes will begin to fit better
-Friends and family will ask you what you are doing differently
Intially muscles will be a little sore from being underactive and under used but thats just part of the process.
Circuit Challenge typically lasts 45 minutes to 1-hour, which only comes out to about 4% of your Saturday.
You'll see guaranteed changes without spending a ton of money.
