In the second class of the series, we'll focus on techniques to make things crispy. Its important to have the right equipment for sure, but nothing beats proper training. Our menu will leave your taste buds singing!
Grilled Romaine Salad - With feta cheese and kalamata olive, this salad is a great meal replacement during the coming summer months.
Fried Calamari - We have rule when dining out to always order fried calamari when its on the menu. This simple dish is the benchmark on whether a restaurant can execute recipes correctly. This dish disappears as quickly as you can make them.
Chicken Pot Pie - Get the dough wrong and its tough or doughy. Get it right and you're the hero (or she-ro). A quick Bechemel and easy crust will be the cornerstone of this dish.
Roasted Pork Belly - Just when you thought we couldn't do anything better, we throw in a great dish with a wonderfully crunchy skin.
Apple Crisp - As the name implies....
Cost is $300 for the series or $85 for a single class.
