Chef Series - Class 1

In four short classes, we'll give you the knowledge on how to create great dishes that you'll recreate for years to come.
Class 1 focuses in on a balanced dinner featuring a baked chicken and the proper accompaniments.
Buttermilk Biscuits - Light and airy with tanginess from buttermilk. We'll demonstrate the first batch then you'll make some too.
Spatchcock Chicken - This techniques cook quickly and keeps the meat nice and juicy. We'll also use the "fond" to make a quick pan sauce.
Roasted Potatoes - Lighter than mashed and very quick to prepare, we'll show you the technique to make these spuds sinfully rich.
Caesar Salad - Don't be afraid to make this dressing. This class will show you how to properly coddle the egg.
Apple Tart - Rustic yet elegant and the perfect end to the evening.
Cost is $300 for the series or $85 per single class.
