Join us at Uptown Kitchen where Veronica Phelps from Dancing Goat Creamery will be demonstrating the process of cheesemaking. Phelps has been making cheese with Dancing Goat for the past several years. Her interest began after purchasing a “cow share” which allowed her to receive fresh, raw milk straight from the farm. Soon after, she found herself interning at Dancing Goat and is now the co-owner. In this presentation, she will show participants how to make “30-minute mozzarella.” Space is limited.
