Come learn how simple it is to make fresh cheese. Craft fresh curd, Ricotta, Mozzarella and Burratta, then use them to make delicious dishes like Caprese Salad, Burratta with Sautéed Broccoli Rabe and Grilled Tuscan Bread, and Honey Scented Ricotta with Grilled Figs and Toasted Baguette. $50

The Cooking School staff will confirm if seats are available for this class, and you will pay at the registers. After you have paid, bring your receipt back to the Cooking School immediately to reserve your seat in the class.
