This is Cheese Class
What: A monthly class with Central Bottle's Cheesemonger Stephanie Santos. She'll talk, taste and educate on all things cheese. We think if half of the passion and enthusiasm Stephanie has for cheese wares off on you, the world will be a better place. Oh, and, you might learn something new.
Who: Stephanie came to Central Bottle via the BL Gruppo where she oversaw the cheese programs at both The Butcher Shop and Menton. She's honed her teaching skills through many, many staff briefings and classes at Stir. She's made her impression here at Central Bottle by championing artisan American cheeses.
This month: Back to the beginning, where did it all begin? How is it made? What are the different types? Can you really milk an Elk? Weather you’ve been eating cheese forever or are recently converted, there is something interesting for every cheese lover tonight.
Other things to know: We often like to demonstrate wine and beer pairings at most of our tastings. We also keep class small for interactive conversations and to keep class to the aloted time.
If you are unable to attend our class, please let us know at least 48 hours before the class is scheduled to take place and you will receive a full refund. If you let us know within 48 hours of the class and your spot is replaced with someone from our waitlist there is no charge, and if you cancel within 48 hours and we are unable to fill your spot we will refund the ticket price less a $20 charge per ticket. If you don't let us know in advance of the event, you are not entitled to any refund or credit.
