Crank up the calorie burn, sculpt your bod’ and workout like a pro with cheerFIT Bootcamp. This workout is a high energy, yet intense, fusion of calorie blasting circuits, cardio intervals and cheer inspired exercises to sculpt, tone, and define! This is a FREE class that is open to ALL fitness levels at the Reebok Fit Hub 5th Avenue. We'll provide you with a workout and water, all you need to do is bring yourself, a towel, and some great energy!

Mini bio / about cheerFIT: Danielle is a highly energetic and extremely motivated fitness professional and trainer to the pros. As a former D1 cheerleader, who overcame two ACL tears during her cheerleading career at Syracuse University, Danielle is motivated by a challenge and believes every obstacle is an opportunity to achieve something great.
Originally, Danielle created cheerFIT to focus on helping cheerleaders stay in serious shape all year round, prevent injury and rock a killer bod’. Since launching, cheerFIT is not only for cheerleaders, but also for fitness enthusiasts looking to improve stability, sculpt your abs, and build endurance.
