Jay Tyler is the founder and CEO of Jay Tyler Consulting, developing a sales process and management framework for clients around the world. Jay has over 25 years of experience in enterprise solution sales, sales management and marketing. He has served as Executive Vice President of Sales, Senior VP of Worldwide Sales, and held Sales Management and Executive Leadership roles in some of the world’s leading companies. Jay has experience working with start-ups, small and medium size enterprises and Fortune 500 companies across multiple industries. Jay’s passion for education, people development and learning is focused on "unlocking the true potential" of all people. Jay received a Bachelor of Science degree from California State University at Chico with an emphasis in Marketing.
Jim Blackie is an experienced leader who has twenty plus years in leading, building and expanding global sales and marketing teams. Blackie’s experience includes tenure at Xerox Corporation, leadership of Gartner’s North American salesforce which grew to 500 employees and $500M plus of revenue under his direction. Blackie also played instrumental role in building LRN’s corporate governance, legal compliance and ethics business over a ten year span as a core member of the executive team. Blackie was responsible for building a global sales and marketing organization at LRN as well as driving double digit revenue growth. He also helped drive early stage sales growth at Evolv, a big data analytics firm where played key role in positioning and branding the firm while rapidly growing its sales force. Blackie currently is a Regional Vice President for TriNet where he leads sales for the Western Region. Blackie also has extensive public speaking experience including delivering inspirational leadership speaking engagements and workshops for Fortune 500 organizations such as Altria, Warner Music Group and Glaxo Smith Kline.
